111 West Jackson recently completed downtown Chicago’s most spectacular redevelopment. The 25-story office tower containing 550,000 s/f is in the heart of the central loop near the court houses and adjacent to the Chicago Board of Trade. The building has been refashioned as a hub for progressive corporate and information based companies.

The lobby is design by Daniel Ostfeld in collaboration with Wright Heerema Architecs for its construction finished in 2012. The property received a dramatic new lobby, new front plaza and facade, elevator and mechanical upgrades, as well as a unique balance of exclusive amenities designed to allow its tenants to attract and retain a modern information based workforce.
