The 25-story office tower containing 550,000 s/f is in the heart of the central loop near the court houses and adjacent to the Chicago Board of Trade. 111 Heaven finished construction in 2012, located at the rooftop of 111 W Jackson overlooking Chicago’s downtown loop with astonishing views of the Michigan Lake. The rooftop was design as one of the main amenities for the building tenants, creating an open space for summer parties and private reservations.  The rooftop has a lounge area cover by a beautiful pergola, dining area, an ADA restroom and its landscape is design to grow and maintain its beauty thru Chicago’s winter.
